Accounts and billing
We store your account identifier, name, and email to connect your workspace and invitations. Shared account infrastructure provides sign-in; Ezoic handles subscription verification and payment services.
Essential cookies
Cookies keep you signed in and remember authorized private reader access. Sign-in and payment providers also process the information needed for their services. Reader statistics in Manual Tools are aggregate counts by topic and day.
Manuals and uploaded files
Your drafts, revisions, media, and backups are stored on Cloudflare. Publishing makes the selected release available to the readers you choose. Private manuals require account access or a valid access key.
Usage and support
Reader statistics are aggregated by day and topic. Support requests store the email and details you submit. Service logs help diagnose failures. Manual Tools does not use reader statistics for cross-site advertising.
Control your content
You can export your work, revoke reader access, and delete a manual from its settings. Export downloads remain protected by your workspace permissions. Contact support for account or data requests.
