Your manuals
You are responsible for the content you upload and publish, including having permission to use images and documents. Review instructions and safety information before sharing them with readers.
Free template reuse
You may download, copy, and adapt our original free templates for your own documentation, including commercial product manuals, at no charge. The template PDFs identify Manual Tools by Manuals+ as their source. You may add your own branding to an adapted manual.
Verify all product instructions, warnings, specifications, and compliance claims before publication. References to official guidance are starting points; the responsible organization must determine which requirements apply. The templates do not certify products. Third-party sources retain their own rights and terms.
Plans and subscriptions
The free plan includes one manual, unlimited topics, one author, and 250 MB of uploaded media. The $10/month paid plan includes ten manuals, five authors including the owner, and 2 GB of uploaded media, plus the paid features listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be managed through the billing portal.
Availability and exports
File sizes and export jobs have operational limits. Large PDFs may be delivered in volumes. Keep backups of important work and contact support if an export or access issue needs attention.
